Shipping

Your order will be ready for shipment within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation. In the case of cash on delivery (Only Spain peninsula) the period of time counts from the moment of order confirmation. Then, the order will be delivered to the transport agency and a tracking number will be assigned.

Shipping methods

Remember that delivery times only include working days and holidays are not considered. See the Times and Shipping Costs section for more details.

Shipments can not be delivered in post office boxes. Shipments to countries or regions that do not appear in the list available in the shipping address form are not possible.

Shipping tracking

You can check the status of your orders in the My Orders section within your account details at any time.

To track the delivery of your order you can use the tracking number provided by the courier service. You will find the tracking number of your order in the Order History within the details of your order, as long as it has already been delivered to the courier service.

Times and shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the shipping address selected by the customer during the purchase process. The shipping time counts from the delivery of the order to the transport agency, so we must add the time of preparation of the order to the estimated time for shipment (Normally 24 to 72 hours from payment confirmation). Delivery times only include working days and holidays are not considered.

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance in origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, the customs duties at destination or other taxes (tariffs), if any, are not included. It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash to receive the order.

Shipping costs are shown with taxes (I.V.A.) included.

 

Shipping to Europe and International Shipping

We ship to Europe and also to some international destinations. The shipping times and costs for this type of shipment are calculated automatically during the purchase process, according to the shipping address selected by the customer and the total weight of the selected items.

If the order exceeds 10 kg in weight or there is no shipping method defined for the address provided by the customer, an informative message is displayed indicating the possibility of contacting us by e-mail to place the order.

Returns and cancellations

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your order to request the return of the items. Before, you must send an e-mail to shop@tauchido.com indicating the order number, the pieces to be returned and explaining the reason for the return. Once your request has been analyzed, the customer service will contact you to indicate the procedure to make the return.

In the case of returns, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, the return costs will be paid by the customer.

No refunds will be accepted after the 7 day period, or if the pieces are not in perfect condition. The pieces have to be returned in their original packaging and must include promotional gifts, if any. Once the pieces have been received in our facilities, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to the reimbursement of their amount according to the payment method made by the customer (cash in delivery payments, will be refunded by bank transfer).

In case of receiving a damaged package or a broken or erroneous shipment, the customer will not be responsible for the replacement and/or return costs, provided that this circumstance is communicated to us within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order.

Cancellations

You have a period of 24 hours from placing an order to proceed with its cancellation. If you want to cancel an order, send us an e-mail indicating the order number and the reason for the cancellation to the following address: shop@tauchido.com.
